DAL-135. Dallas closed the season winning 17 of its final 21 overall to win the top seed in the West and Jake Oettinger was brilliant down the stretch. He’s really the play here over the Knights Logan Thompson, who did have a good season himself but largely due to his home numbers. Away, he was 9-9-4 with a 3.24 GAA. Home teams have been killing it in these playoffs so far. That’s good for us tonite

Sac/NO over211 - This opened at 218. NO avgs 117pts per 100 with AND w/out Zion and attempt more FTs without him. These teams avg’d 241 pts a game this year, 229 was the lowest game. And back in Jan NO was without Zion and the game was 133-100. Oppose the steam of the market and play the over

NJD -120 New Jersey is playing some of their best hockey this season recently as they are 6-2 in their last eight. This was a very difficult schedule and road heavy. They are coming off a multi-goal loss to the Oilers, and they were probably looking ahead a bit to this matchup. We like to take a good team off a bad loss as they normally are more focused the next time out, and we think that will be the case here.

NYK -3.5 Knicks will host the Raptors and I see Raptors continuing to struggle on the road. Toronto has dropped 3-Straight games and 5 out 6 and this trend continues in the Big Apple. The Knicks have dropped B2B games, but those were on the road vs BOS and MIL. With the Knicks at home and the Raptors shooting the 3-ball horrendously it wouldn't shock me to see the Knicks win with ease. The Raptors are 1-8 ATS against Division opponents and the Knicks have won 6 out of their last 7 at home

WSU -7 Here we have two teams with new head coaches and new teams. I give Wichita State the upper hand. This team has a killer home court advantage and that should play big early in the season. WKU played a walkover game against a D-II school in its opener while the Shockers hammered a respectable Lipscomb team. I think Wichita State is the more prepared team. They are also more talented and they have at least a semblance of continuity versus a WKU team that is replacing all five starters.

Finally hoops is back. NBA at least. Was a cash cow last season. First week is always tough not fully knowing what to expect from teams. But Vegas and line makers are also in the same spot. First month you can usually find some really strong lines that are off before vegas gets dilaed in.

OSU -3.5. Oregon State is 14-1 ATS in their last 15 home games. They have already beaten Utah at home, and they have a similar quarterback situation that UCLA does (freshman on the road). The Beavers are on a rampage and want to knock off all the teams leaving the conference next season. The fan base is that much more motivated, especially when playing UCLA, a team that started the dominos falling. UCLA has a strong defense, but they will not be able to win that game on defense alone.

N TX. -5. HUGE mismatch. What I mean is North Texas can run the football and Temple is helpless to stop it. This eats clock and controls possession. This is a home game for NTU as well. Temp. has put up some points in games but not being able to establish some rhythm on offense with NTU just running it down their throat and keeping the Owls offense off the field is going to be an issue here. Temple averages 5 yards per rush allowed, what NTU avgs running it while also avg 276 yrds a gm passing
