UCONN -2. Nobody and I mean nobody has looked aas good as UConn thru 3 rounds. 3 games 3 blowouts for the Huskies as Danny Hurleys UConn team comes rolling into the elite 8. Nobody with exception of FAU is deeper and Nobody including FAU can go big or small and run a team out the gym with great guard play or go big and pound teams inside. Nobody has an inside and out tandem in 6’5” Soph G J Hawkins & F A Sonoco. Timme will be too busy on defense to repeat the 36pt 8reb GM vs a small UCLA

man I watched Xavier a lot this year. they were a LEGIT final 4 team and Title contender until they lost their second best scorer Zach Freemantle. a 6'9" wing. dude avg 15.2 pts 8.1reb 3asst 58% fg. and 34% from 3. now just imagine if Xavier still had him? would be Uconn/Xavier Title to lose. sucks man he hurt his ankle in the 22nd game

Tenn -5 cont -undervalued because of their weak ATS record. Some of that was due to early success and some was bad matchups for a team built for the tourney in the up and down regular season. But Tenn has to live this matchup as their strengths on def go right at the Owls strengthens and their strengths on Offense expose FAUs biggest weaknesses. The Vols should control this one fromt the jump and impose their size and prodding deliberate style, and force FAU into rushed possessions/contestd 3’s

Tenn -5 cont- way you beat Tenn is get to the line. But FAU is 311th out of 362 in offensive point distribution from the charity stripe, basically they don’t get to the free throw line that often and nearly not as much as you would think watching them play. And if that isn’t enough numbers going against the Owls consider the size of these two teams as FAU is the smallest team left in the Tourney while Tenn is the biggest team in all of Div 1. Tenn is being undervalued by many because of their

TENN -5. Strongest play of the tournament so far. Max bet this one. The Vols held Duke to just 52 points in RD 2 and Duke was playing maybe the best ball in the country the last 5 weeks. FAU comes in getting 25% of all their offensive output from behind the 3pt line. They have one of the highest 3pa% accounting for 44% of all their shots. They are only shooting 29% in first 2 games. And it’s not gonna get easier as Tenn leads the country in 3pt% def & Def efficiency. The way you beat Tenn -

UCONN -3.5. No team looked better in the first two rounds of the 2023 NCAA tournament. I had Uconn going to the final 4 in my bracket, and the only thing I’m rethinking is maybe I didn’t hBe then going far enough. Giving up -4 here to a tough defensive minded Arkansas team is actually better than the alternative, and that would have been facing a Kansas team that’s a much tougher matchup. Arkansas plays D but struggles to score from time to time and nobody has an answer for UCONN in the post
