This game sets up perfectly for St. Louis. The Blues are coming off an embarrassing loss at home in their last game losing as a big -260 favorite to a very bad Chicago team. St. Louis actually dominated that game as they outshot the Blackhawks 32-18. Keep in mind that St. Louis started a backup rookie goalie who was making his professional debut in that game. The Blues have also had the last two days off and they should come into this game well rested and very motivated for this one.

Faded Florida last night who is on a back to back here, and they got pounded 6-2 at the Rangers. They are on a 3rd team goalie who has not performed well, miss 3 key players and are playing their 5th game in 7 days, they are shorthanded, and on game with no rest their last 6 times, they are 1-5. Their offense is compromised and so is their defense. Pitt at home here and on a day rest they are 13-5 their last 18 games. Healthier team at home gets the win.
