The Golden State Warriors will host the banged up Philadelphia 76ers at the Chase Center Wednesday.

The Sixers finally ended a five-game skid by winning two of their last three contests. They blessed bettors with a shorthanded, upset win over the Kings on Monday.

It's been tough for Doc Rivers, as he hasn't had Joel Embiid at his disposal during this rough stretch. The former KU big is also slated to miss this bout, leaving a gaping hole in the middle.

Tobias Harris missed Monday's game, band he's questionable for this one.

Tyrese Maxey has taken a giant step this season with the absence of Embiid and Ben Simmons. The second-year guard from UK has picked up the scoring log, averaging 18.7 ppg, scoring 24 or more in six of his last eight games.

Seth Curry is averaging a career-high of 15.4, and he'll have an extra incentive tonight facing his brother.

Golden State Warriors

Golden State has been on a tear this season, and at 15-2, they now sit comfortably atop the vaunted Western Conference.

Steph Curry is in the midst of an MVP season. The former Davidson guard had outbursts 40 and 50 points last week, and he shows no signs of slowing down. He's averaging 28.4 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 6.4 apg, while shooting 40% from deep.

Andrew Wiggins and Jordan Poole have stepped this year in Klay Thompson absence, and given the Warriors two strong scorers surrounding Curry. Both slashers average over 17 points per game.

Draymond Green continues to heartbeat of the Golden State roster. The tenth-year swiss-army knife is averaging 7.9 ppg, 8.3 rpg, and 7.2 apg.

Prediction

Golden State's momentum is too tough to ignore, and their margin at home versus a beat up Sixers team will be something we go big on. Stephen Curry has been amazing, and the Warriors have the deepest roster in basketball.
